IT Training and Certification

Would you like extensive IT training to build your confidence in using your computer?

This offer includes certification to achieve a City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma for IT Users.

Classroom Training Included

The core qualification includes the following classroom courses:

·   Word: Create a report, including images, Tables, a Table of Contents and Headers & footers

·   Excel: Create a budget spread sheet, including formulas, charts and using filters

·   PowerPoint: Create a presentation, including images, charts and automated slides

·   Outlook: Compress attachments, create a signature, use out of office, schedule meetings and create an email distribution list

·   MS Publisher: Create newsletters and leaflets

·   Access: Create a database, create queries, create and format reports

All of the above classroom training is available in Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007

Information:

Length: 11 days of classroom training, plus coaching and support

Timescale: 5-9 months, depending on the existing level of IT skills
